Our Internal Affairs is interested in reviewing policies from other departments regarding CBD oil. He is interested to know how departments are handling things if an applicant shows positive on a drug test for THC, but claims it is from CBD oil. On the same token, he is interested to know about if an employee shows positive for THC, but claims it is from CBD oil.
We are in Tennessee, and CBD oil is legal up to .9% THC. However, our Internal Affairs said what he has seen is mostly .3% or No THC. Since, it is legal, he was wondering how places are handling it. Are they allowing any use of CBD oil (even if it says no THC)?
Any help or polices on this would be appreciated.
