COSTS AND INFORMATION
The Exhibition will be held
at the
Renaissance Hotel and Convention Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
All display areas will be 8' by 10' booths with pipe and drape, one 6'
draped table, 2 folding chairs and identification signage. Electricity is
not included. To reserve space, complete the enclosed contract and return
to CALEA, along with a $200.00 deposit. The balance is
due October 29, 2008. Full payment ($700.00) is due with any contract
received after October 29, 2008. Prior to October 29, 2008, refunds due to
cancellations (excluding deposits) will be made only if the space can be
resold and the exhibition is a sell out. There will be no refunds on space
cancelled after.
