CALEA Alliance Program CALEA offers a special credentialing opportunity, the CALEA Alliance Program, for state/provincial accreditation programs, referred to as local program providers. This allows established local program providers to join the Alliance Program and offer the CALEA Recognition Program credentialing service to its members. All the CALEA Recognition requirements apply to those member-agencies seeking Recognition through the Alliance. The following local providers are members of the CALEA Alliance Program:
